tried this place a few months ago and came back and it has been delicious both times- the service is great and the ambience is fun
Amazing rustic country diner. Homemade salsa is awesome! The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the menu. Had the Farmer Breakfast which was a slice of avocado, tomato, sausage patty, 1 egg, American cheese on top of a bed of hash browns. There home made salsa elevated the meal. If you are in the area this is a great stop for breakfast or lunch!

Great place. Small but cozy and very friendly and experienced help. The food was fantastic good old down-home food in a restaurant that looks like it might have been there for a while. And I mean that in a good way. The bathroom look like it was from the 40s there was a picture of the wall that look like a picture taken in the forties or fifties of the owner. Probably should have asked more questions but all in all wonderful food great service and much better than average coffee for a coffee shop.
Nothing but goodness here. Just a quick 5star since these guys do it so well! Do yourself a solid and try the Tuna Melt!

I don't even know where to begin on this place! It's soooo good! I moved to the bay 3yrs ago, but keep coming back here every time I come to town. If you like biscuits and gravy, try the Riley Special. The 2+2+2 is also really good. In all honesty, I've never walked out of The Patch unhappy. If you visit Moorpark, you've gotta visit the Patch.
The best breakfast spot in Mp! No doubt about it. The biscuits and gravy here, will be the best you've had in the west coast. Try them!
We had a great time eating at Cactus Patch Restaurant! The sandwiches were delicious, and we truly enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommended!
